Life Cycle Of Market

 Growth Phase

 Get new consumer, Product Innovation, Expanding Distribution, Building a strong Brand.

 Mature Phase

Consumer have been aware of Brand. Dominant Issue is how to increase costumer loyalty, Costumer relationship management, costumer lifetime value and build community. The Focus  of this phase is to maintain, innovate and expand (existing and new market), if probably.

Decline phase

Hot Issue is How to raise function of product so that demand can be up. Thus, need innovation entirely of business progress. The focus of this Phase is to maintain and turn around.

Life Cycle Perusahaan:

1. Fase pertumbuhan

Mendapatkan konsumen baru. Inovasi di proses produksi, ekspansi jalur distribusi, building a strong brand

2. Fase Mature
Konsumen sudah aware terhadap brand. Isu yang dominan bagaimana meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan, costumer relationship management, costumer lifetime value dan pembangunan komunitas. Fokus objektif pada fase ini adalah maintain dan innovate serta expand (existing and new market) jika memungkinkan


3. Fase Decline

Bagaimana merejunevasi fungsi dari produk sehingga permintaan akan produk dapat ditingkatkan. Untuk itu diperlukan inovasi secara keseluruhan dari proses bisnisnya seperti apa yang dilakukan oleh low budget airlines. Fokusnya adalah untuk bertahan dan turn around.
